Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by DecisionOps Ltd ("DecisionOps", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using any DecisionOps service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using DecisionOps on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Services
DecisionOps provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products including Revenue OS, Personal OS, and associated features (VEKTOR, SENTINEL, and the Life Score engine). The features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We will not materially reduce the core features of your subscribed plan without offering a pro-rated refund or plan adjustment.
3. Subscriptions and billing
DecisionOps is offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are available on monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles depending on the plan selected.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
- We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on your existing subscription.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on each renewal date.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of your account. We will attempt to notify you before suspending access.
4. Free trials
Revenue OS plans include a 14-day free trial. Personal OS plans include a 7-day free trial. No payment details are required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be asked to provide payment details to continue. If you do not subscribe, your account will be automatically closed and your data retained for 30 days before deletion.
5. Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at ops@decisionopshq.com.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access until that date.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription (and have not been on a free trial that converted), you may request a full refund under our goodwill policy. Contact us within that window to request one.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DecisionOps services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation in the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction.
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
- Upload, transmit, or process any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our underlying infrastructure.
- Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or other users' experiences.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
- Resell or sublicense our services without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the DecisionOps platform, including VEKTOR, SENTINEL, the Life Score methodology, and associated software, remain the sole property of DecisionOps Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform (your leads, goals, journal entries, etc.). By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process this data for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- DecisionOps Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide the service "as is" and exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecisionOps Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at ops@decisionopshq.com to attempt resolution informally.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, either by email or by displaying a notice within the platform. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
